This makes it sound like the airplane killed everyone. Be careful how you phrase things -- it was the crash that killed them, not the airplane.
You also have a fact error: "...outside Pittsburgh just after departure from Chicago...." If the plane just left Chicago, it can't be outside Pittsburgh yet.
Please rewrite it and notify me when you've corrected it.
P.S. You don't need to put the fact set on your blog, just your lead.
